In the week of 1 January 2024 I switched between event plugins because the older of the two was no longer being supported. This switch resulted in all event dates from before the switch being off by 1 day.
Specifically, events from before 2024-01-01 are now listed as having taken place 1 day earlier.
Different plug-ins use different database schemas, so I had to write software to convert between the two. I only noticed the wrong dates after I had gone live with the new plug-in and the converted events.
As these events have already taken place, I do not consider this a huge deal. Therefore I won’t fix this right away. Feel free to let me know if you disagree as I cannot foresee all the ways in which people might use this website.
Update 10 August 2024: another victim of the plugin switch was the RSS feed, which disappeared. I don’t know exactly what it used to contain. I have put in a new RSS feed, but I am not sure this does the same as the previous one.
